Vista mouse scroll problem

I've been googling this issue and I've come across others w/the same problem but no solutions.

I've got a Logitech MouseMan Optical Dual Sensor from a few years back (PN: 830595-0000)

It's been a nice mouse until I installed Vista. Now the scroll doesn't work properly. Usually it won't work at all; sometimes it allows me to scroll, down for a moment but then fails to go up. If it moves at all it is very choppy.

This model is old and I'm not seeing any drivers for it on Logitech's site. Can anyone provide a solution?

My guess is that it needs Vista drivers for it operate properly
