Vista storage driver preference for AHCI single hard drive (IP35)

Should use the intel storage matrix or the driver contained in the chipset utility?

by "feel" the chipset utility driver is faster, any experts?

I have one single 750gb WD drive in AHCI mode

intel matrix is raid, i think.

also supports AHCI, either will work, benchmarked with HDtune, storage matrix has less cpu usage and more consistant with higher burst, however normal driver has better peaks
