Whats the most effective way to get video blogs downloaded automatically?

I use Miro for rocketboom, diggnation, systm, and some yoga. Cali Lewis (Geekbrief) is the only channel that I can copy straight to my psp. The rest need to be converted.

Rocketboom and revision3 pages have an .mp4 psp feed as an option, but not available on Miro. Whats the best way to automatically download them?

EDIT: No, diggnation isn't available in .mp4.
