Vmod HIS HighTech 4850 Non-Reference

Does anyone have experience voltmodding the HIS HighTech 4850 512mb? Here is the card at Newegg

I have never voltmodded a GPU before and the fact that this is a different card design than the reference card makes it harder.

BTW, does anyone know an overclock program that will OC pas 700mhz in Windows 7 x64? I tried Ati CCC, but it cannot go higher than 700mhz. Ati tray tool does not work because windows 7 requires digitally signed drivers. Ati tool does not work either.

I've been trying gpu tool and its been pretty good. Its still under development though. Only negative so far is that it doesn't support overclock on start up but it says they are working on it.

Unfortunately I get the error: "SetClock failed! Please check device configuration" when I try to overclock to 725/1048.

Have you tried Riva Tuner?

Riva tuner does not work. I tried this a month ago. I don't quite remember but I think it would either not change the clock speeds or get an unsigned driver error. I can flash the bios if needed, but a working windows app would be safer and more convenient to test clock settings.
