Want to trade for CPU, Mobo, and Vidcard

like the title says, I want to trade for a CPU, Mobo, and Vidcard. (the vidcard isn't the most important, so I don't need one if the deal is good enough)

What I have to trade:

Nintendo DS (the DS has 2 pixels that are weird on it but only noticeable on a solid black screen as they still change colors) with Two games: Nintendogs and Golden Sun.
Passkey and M3 adapter (I will make a CD with the latest software needed for it.)
Two 512MB CF cards: One PNY one Kodiak 512MB CF /w CF card reader
Will sell the whole combo for 185 shipped.

Dell Precision Workstation 420 Motherboard and PSU (I have no clue if it works)

and of course cash.

Basicly make me a serious offer. I'm looking for 2500+ or faster, and a good mobo.
