Not the fastest, but seems like a good deal since it can be updated to Android 2.2 and rooted to give access to the android market.
I just ordered one since I've never had a tablet and for a hundred beans it seems to be a decent way to start.
I found a site with discussions of working apps and instructions on rooting this thing and it seems there is a fairly large user base.
