The only problem with the Minuet is its less than adequate cooling. The PSU has a low speed 80mm fan and that's it. There is a hole for a 80mm blow hole (or side hole, if you have it in desktop form factor) but then you make it louder.

That's why I have the Zalman 7000 at about 1250rpm and the Vantec at about 1400rpm. As a blow hole it works fine. The load temps are around 43/35. That's a little high for such insane cooling on a 1800+ Pally, which is a very cool running chip.
 
Big shot on that silent stream when diameter is the piping, my existing stuff is 12mm and i want to know before i order its 12mm as well. TIA for any help people!
