My monitor "flickers" like only a small portion of it I have no idea whats causing it either.

The only fix which I found out is by plugging in my Ipod. It stops =/

I don't even know how my Ipod has anything to do with it either.

Im on Windows 7 running at 1900-1080, Updates my Video Drivers and everything.

Post a picture if at all possible.

What video card are you running? What processor? How are temps in your system?

maybe its ipod adapter you have plugged into the pc. Try unplugging the ipod dongle.

Using Radeon HD 3200 Onboard Graphics.

AMD Phenom II 940 Temps at 40 Deg C

Maybe it's some error message balloon thing trying to pop up from task bar or some application? It might be glitching out as it's trying to fade in and out.

You mean just unplug the Ipod Cable?

If I do that it starts to" flicker"

When I plug it back in It stops....Yeah sound silly. Ill post a video soon

Ok so you have had this problem always but it goes away when you plug in your ipod? Try updating the drivers for the onboard video if thats teh case.

If you have a driver installed for the Ipod, remove it and see if the trouble goes away. At least check it is the latest version and update if needed.

Really? 8 follow up posts and no one mentioned checking the display cable? If your cable is slightly loose or sometimes if the cable makes a sharp bend the feed can get distorted in odd and seemingly random ways. Theoretically the digital nature of DVI would prevent this, but it's happened to me before.
