I was given this mSATA SSD from someone who didn't want to deal with it (from a work computer).

I was looking on Amazon for a mSATA to SATA adapter but some were saying "Not compatible with so-and-so type of mSATA device" and reviews would say "Not compatible with my type of mSATA". So my question is, what do I need to look for to confirm it's compatible with my device?
A little back story...this came out of a computer that was having problems, turned out to be the Mobo. They got an adapter to try to read this SSD but it wouldn't get initialized by Windows. I read online that some people got that after using the wrong adapter. They were going to trash it so I said I'd take it.
