I'm saying this because it much depends on one's eyes and each of us have them different. I found setting both to 75 satisfying. However, even so I kept looking for a better compromise. I went into quick view and pressed Custom without doing anything to the colors and then I saved and exited. The image became brighter but color contrast much higher. But again, these same setting may not work out for you. Try them though and let me know.
