What do you use to monitor Internet outages/storms?

Hey everyone -

I'm looking for a good resource to give me a good "bird's-eye" view of major internet traffic that reports in real time.

In essence, I want to be able to see what is going on around the major trunk lines and regional ISPs, so that I can quickly see what is happening. Also, I'd like up-to-the-minute information on major new developments in large-scale viruses, exploits and other reasons for flash-flood traffic.

Any ideas? I've looked at SANS' Internet Storm Center, but it seems a little haphazard, and a little too much information.

Thanks in advance!

That's pretty good. Thanks!

Any ideas on getting up-to-the minute information on new big viruses when they hit? Any good non-spam automated notifications out there?
