What is a good 108G wireless NIC?

After doing much research, I have decided to buy a D-Link DGL-4300 (http://games.dlink.com/products/?pid=370&#DGL-4300). I really wanted the Netgear WPNT834 (http://www.netgear.com/products/details/WPNT834.php), but it seems the DGL-4300 meets my needs better. Anyways, I can find hundreds of great and not-so-great reviews of routers, but I haven't seen any reviews on wireless NICs.

So my question is, what is good (reliable, fast, good driver support, etc.) wireless NIC made by D-Link that will work with this router? I was loking at these three (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...rtyCodeValue=0&Submit=Property&SubCategory=31) but honestly, I don't have a clue.

EDIT: It needs to support WPA2. It would also be nice if it was compatible with the Netgear WPNT834... just in case. Also, if you didn't check out the links, I need/want a PCI NIC.

I have two PCs with DLink DWL-AG530 NICs and I am happy with them. The external antenna has a 5-6 foot cable so you can postion it for best signal strength.

None, as 108G, "Super G". Use too multiple frequencys, and can interfere with other people routers.

After trying them all, I love the belkin Pre-N setup. MIMO is freaking fantastic. A regular linksys card gave me 30% signal at one spot. The Pre-N card gave me 95% signal at the same spot. That's a huge difference. So even if you have 108 mb/s, its nothing if you can't get a good signal. BTW...my router was a linksys wrt54g with a 15dB omni antenna on one port.

Just a thought that doesn't exactly answer your question.

Will different manufacturer's wireless NICs operate fine with other manufacturers access points? That SRX one is tempting after reading the reviews, but I just remember from my reading that these pre-N and MIMO cards could be kind of proprietary.

Ive personally connected with the linksys one to a dlink router, and the signal was WAY better than when I had the DLINK PCI card that matched my DLINK router.

You arnt going to get MIMO or the PRE N nonsense to work unless the router is also capable of MIMO, but that doesnt mean that the PCI adapter will not pickup standard 802.11 b/g signals better (it has 3 antennas etc).

But the real answer is NO some manufactures wireless adapters will not work with other manufactures routers. They should, if its a good brand at least, but ive run into a few installs where they didnt work (usually with cheaper brands). Just telling you from personal experience that the Linksys is compatable with DLINK
