I went out of town for a day and left my computer plugged in, but on standby... and i come back and the battery light on my laptop blinks once green then three times orange and repeats over and over... whenever i pull out the ac power adapter the laptop just shuts off instantly, but when i check the bios it says that it has a battery that is 100% charged.... windows says the battery is online, charging, critical.... whatever that means, i dont understand really, i dont think there were any thunderstorms or anything while i was gone soo.... im fuckin confused... anyone with any ideas?

Run the Dell Diagnostics program and see if there is any problem that it can detect iwth your hardware.
You may want to call tech support as well. Hopefully get a battery replacement if there is a problem with it.
