I am looking for the best laptop with the following criteria:

1. Very light and the screen size is about 12" - 13.3"

2. Very long lasting battery life

3. i3-i5 cpu

4. Decent graphic card with optimus

Price: $1,000 - $2,000

You might have hard time staying below $2000 on the price, and the part about "very long battery life" might be a bit questionable, but the rest of your criteria are satisfied pretty well by the Sony VAIO Z series.
