What revision of Ninja is this?

So, is this a rev a or b revision of the Scythe Ninja heatsink? Also, what exactly are the differences? And which one is better? Thanks.

Thats the Rev A (did not include a fan) which still used a metal backplate and S478 style clips on the 775 platform.
Most people prefer this to the current Rev B which uses the Intel pushpins as the pressure is better with the Rev A.
