What screen resolution are you using?

1920 x 1200 on 3 Benq G2400WDs
1400 x 1050 on a Thinkpad T41p
Never had a problem with any of them, do wear glasses though for eye strain, if you cannot see your monitor well enough, get it or you checked out or else you will get massive headaches like I use to.

asus vw222u 1680x1050 . after seeing cod4 at 1920x1200 i think another monitor will be my next upgrade :D

I have acer 22" (21.6) X213W widescreen. Native resolution is 1680x1050 but I use a slightly lower 1400x1050 as I find the native resolution does not look as good or as sharp. Everyone says use native but I say use what you think looks best to YOU. Gamin g I use everything from 1280x1024 to 1400x1050 and sometimes depending on game 1680x1050.

My one beef with this monitor is I can't for the life of me find XP drivers only vista sigh.....

I'm using a 17" LCD at 1920x1200. I find that text can be small at times, though to be honest, I haven't used another screen over the last three years. I'm really looking forward to getting a monitor some time soon. I'm thinking 24" at the same resolution. I've used 1920x1200 for so long that I couldn't downgrade (unless it's to something like 1920x1080, and even then that wouldn't be optimal). At the same time, I have a G15 keyboard that I can't use because if I move my computer any further back (it's the Dell e1705 -- a laptop), it becomes problematic reading text and detailed items. The nVidia 7900 gs gets too hot if I place the keyboard over the laptop's palmrest.

So I guess once I decide on a monitor (still having issues deciding) I'll also get a keyboard upgrade at the same time. :D

1280x960 @ 85hz on a Samsung 955DF 19" CRT
1280x800 @ 60hz on my Emachines M6805 Laptop
1152x864 @ 85hz on a Samsung 753DF 17" CRT on the linux computer in sig

1600x1200 @ 100Hz on a Sony Trinitron G520 21" CRT
It's perfect but starting to get blurry. :(

2x Dell 3007wfp-hc @ 2560x1600

2x Gateway FPD2485W @ 1920x1200

1x Dell 2405 @ 1920x1200

1x Viewsonic 20.1" 4:3 @ 1600x1200 (forget model number)

1x Dell Inspiron 15" @ 1920x1200

That just about covers it... I think there are some other smaller panne's kicking around in storage or something....

Mostly, I work at 1024 x 768 on a Sony G520.

I usually sit at an arm's length of the screen to fit the keyboard and the tablet. I hate struggling to read text and I don't like sitting too close to the screen. For long imaging work, I push it to 1600x1200.

I really like the opportunity of quickly changing of resolution, LCD scares me for that...

LG 245" 1920x1200
Samsung A350 40" 1920x1080
Dell 2007WFP 1680x1050

I don't know if this was already mentioned, but have you tried reducing the brightness of the LCD? I've noticed that doing so will really reduce eye strain.
