What size holesaw for 80mm fans?

I couldn't seem to find any posts for this, so...
I want to make a blowhole in the top of my case and I have an 80mm fan and a grill. I cannot seem to find a holesaw that is exactly 80mm, only a bit less or a bit bigger. I was thinking of getting the smaller one and then if it looked weird just filing the rest out, but then I realised that this is aluminium or some kind of metal and not plastic. So [H]ers, which should I get? Slightly bigger or smaller?

How much smaller can you get it? I have several 80mm fans with only a 75mm hole. It looks fine because the fan is on the inside.

Yup.
Sometimes they aren't labelled in standard, so a 76mm Holesaw is what you may need to look for.

Ok I'll go for a 76mm one, sorry my brain just can't take imperial measurments and they're all labelled in milimetres. Unfortunately my local diy store only had up to 62mmso it looks like this'll be an internet jobby. Thanks for the answers

They have the inch/mm measurments of each, just as a reference so you know what to look for.
