Which 140mm fans should I go with?

I need a few 140mm fans for a radiator that will be mounted horizontally. I'm looking to go push/pull and would prefer to not spend much more than $10 a fan. I ordered some bitfenix spectre pro fans for pretty cheap but may cancel the order for something else since they won't be shipping for a few days.

I'm really tempted by the Arctic cooling F14 but thats because of the F12 reviews. I can't seem to find much info about the F14. I've been hearing good things about the B-blaster but having six on one channel of my fan controller would be cutting it pretty close since they draw .45w a pop. Is there anything else that I should look into?
 
Yeah, I saw that roundup. Its actually one of the main things that made me change my mind on the bitfenix fans.

I ended up buying some Arctic cooling F14s. They seem to be working well enough.
