Which stepping do I want from a Xeon

When looking at the E3110, do I want the E0 / SLB9C or do I want the C0 / SLAPM version? Are they like the E8400's where the newer version will OC better, or are they more like the Q6600's where I would want to find an older one?

The E0 chips overclock quite a bit better than the C0 chips. You want one of those.
