Which timing is which for these ram modules?

I'm setting up a system with 2x 1GB of these memory sticks. The timings info on their site is somewhat vague, they just say:

* CAS latency: 3, 4& 5
* Burst length: 4 & 8

The cas latency is obviously 5, but the other values, which is which on the Bios? This is my 1st time dealing with DDR2 memory, I was used to 4 numbers with DDR ram before, here they list 5?

Do I just enter these numbers in the order that they appear in the bios?

I have these options in the bios:

CAS# Latency
RAS# to CAS# Delay
RAS# Precharge
RAS# Activate to Precharge
Write Recovery Time
TRFC

TRFC isn't one of the timings because it only has high values to chose from (starts at 20). So I only know what to put in CAS# Latency, but no clue what number goes where on the other options.

Anyone?
