Why does my computer "lag" when draging windows?

Why does my computer "lag" when draging windows? when I drag a window on the machine in my sig(this is with onboard video because my 7600gs into working very well(fuzzy and quere colours when using it)

could someone help me figure out whats the problem, Th anks

EDITlaying 3d pinball is fine and The scren doesnt "lag" just when dragging windows.

install proper graphics drivers. go to the asrock website and download the VGA drivers for your onboard video.

sounds like a video card driver issue to me....
