I have a P5B Deluxe and E6400 and have overclocked up to 3.2GHz (FSB400) with no problem, or so I thought. When I set the FSB to 375 and above I get a wierd bootup. The system will begin to start, then imediately stop, then one second later will start again and continue on booting up normally. My memory, Corsair 6400C4 is set to 750-800MHz and 2.15v. PCIE freq. is 100 and VCORE is 1.4v. Everything else is set to auto.

Any idea about this?

With everything on auto it has to figure out what the heck to do, crack open that manual and set it up right :p

I assume you mean northbridge and southbridge voltages, etc. Well, the manual lists auto as most of the defaults, so how does that help?
