Still don't see that being nintendos fault like some of the people in that forum want it to be. I mean that guy must have really thrown that sucker hard.

Move to console :D

Anyway, seems like the wriststrap is kinda faulty...either way, its more his friends fault than it is Ninteno. They don't tell you to go all crazy into it like that other forum about being sore after getting into a crazy game of tennis....VIDEO GAME tennis lol.

Yep. Interactive gaming ftw.

Jaysus. He must've been whipping the remote pretty hard. Bowling doesnt take that much force on the remote...

Still, lol ;D

"We had played it for almost 24 hours straight and we screwed up."

There is no case here. That's like the guy who drives for 24 consecutive hours, falls asleep at the wheel and crashes into another car and kills a whole family blaming it on the manufacturers of the car.

lol you have to make sure to use protection when playing with your wii.

Nintendo's partially at fault here, and I think he has just cause for a civil case.
Seriously the safety device has been proven unreliable, and incapable of fulfilling the sole function for which it exists, as proven in multiple cases.

A company would, without a doubt, end up in court if a baseball player was swinging their brand of bat, in which the grips were notoriously of poor quality and known to come off, and that grip came off making the bat go airborne and subsequently injuring someone.

Same thing with seat belts. If a car manufacturer put in half-assed seat belts in their vehicles, and they broke on more than a couple occassions with deaths as a result...
