Will Drivercleaner work with Vista 32 bit?

I want to make sure the new nvidia beta drivers are working like they should for bioshock. Was used to using driver cleaner with winxp. But will it work with vista? If not, how can I ensure that all traces of previous video drivers are gone before installing new drivers?
