Will SUPERMICRO AOC-SAT2-MV8 work in my MB?

Should work fine in one of the PCI slots on that board. I've run that specific card in a number of different boards (but not that exact one) in PCI slots and never had a problem.
 
Yes, it will work but in regular PCI slot but at half speed (66). Card is designed to run in PCI-X slot at speed of 133.

Actually it will run at 33

PCI 32-bit/33 MHz=1,067 Mbit/s=133.33 MB/s

Which since you are running WHS is not going to limit you in any way since you are essentially running JBOD and will be limited by your network.
