Will this memory work with Asus Rampage III Formula +

I do not see any reason it would not.
I have been running 1600 Gskill Sniper 3 x 4gb in one
GSkill 1866 Sniper 3x4 in two systems.
I had 6 x2gb Gskill Ripjaws blue sticks, in one before I put the Sniper in.

Those systems are a all x58.. Rampage3 gene, a P6T Dlux v2 and And 2 EVGA FTW3

The Gskill memory seems to work well in x58 boards
