Will this power supply be good enough?

Hi, could someone who knows alot about power supplies tell me if the one below will be good enough for my system im going to build,,

Gigabyte GA-P35 motherboard
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 cpu
EVGA GeForce 8800GTS 512MB gpu
OCZ 2x2GB RAM (4GB) memory
Seagate Barracuda 250GB HDD

Will this work: Thermaltake Purepower 500W (Click here)

This is an area im confused about so any suggestions would be great. I'm looking to spend $50-$80 on a power supply and want the best one I can get.

I plan on doing a little overclocking, but nothing major if that matters.

Either one will do good and offer more output power than that Thermaltake. Also both of these PS have higher efficiency over that Thermaltake. This means less energy wasted.

any of these 3 will be a great choice. You could spend less but, if your psu fries and takes your system with it you wont be happy that you saved $20 while standing over the pile of smoldering plastic!

That's pretty cheap. The OCZ Stealthstreams are pretty good also. $50 after rebate.

It is very important to provide clean stable power especially you are going to oc; so you can't get cheap on PSU. If I were you I would throw in $15 to get this:

All the power supplies mentioned above is good. But, I would suggest the Corsair VX550 that puts out 41amps on the 12V rail. very solid PS.

Not to mention the 550VX is cheaper AR(Corsair is pretty good with rebates imo) here than that purepower.
