Will this x800pro VIVO mod to a XT-PE?

Yes, I believe it will. You can't see the back side of the board to see if it has a rage theatre chip, or the memory. A vivo will have the yellow connector on the front, rage theatre chip and Samsung 1.6 memory. Just call them up and ask. If it does you'll have no problem unlocking the extra pipes. 
Ok check that I saw the back of the card and it does have the rage theatre chip, can't see the memory though.
