win7 task manager..

I love win7 so far...

but for the love of god I don't like the annoying task manager.

I want to hit cad, and have taskman come up, not an annoying screen.

If I cant have that, can I atleast change the background?

CTRL SHIFT ESC, also you can right-click on the taskbar and bring up the task manager.
