Windows 7 Brightness Control Shortcut

Is there a way to have a shortcut set in Windows 7 + Nvidia Driver environment so that when I press something (ex: ctrl f5) to increase/decrease brightness?

I know laptops do this regularly but I have not found a solution that does for desktops...

I reason I want to do is I usually set brightness really low for general web browsing tasks but increase brightness when I watch videos.... It's really a pain to manually adjust it every time...

HELP!!!
