I'm finding that Explorer locks up whenever I'm trying to transfer any large files (or a large number of files, ie. 30+). This is on a fresh, brand-new install of 64-bit Windows 7. Otherwise, it seems to run quite well for me...but this is very annoying, for it is preventing me from recovering some of my backups (or making it take much longer to recover those I have to do file by file, as opposed to them all at once). Has anyone else experienced a problem such as this?
The nasty thing is, even if I close explorer.exe, and then force it to run again, the taskbar does not work and I am unable to open any folders until I do a reboot.
