its a DFI ultra-d motherboard, latest official bios

2 gig gskill pc-4000
it stops at registering components about 3/4 of the way through the progress meter. i can't figure out what isdoing this. any ideas on what possible reasons could be?
ive restarted multiple times and it does it at the exact same place
