WinXp (resize pics)?

I just installed WinXP Pro on a new computer and I no longer have that option to right click on a photo and resize it from the drop down menu. I use that feature a lot at work and really like it because I don't need other software to do it. Can someone please tell me how to get it back? Thank you!

Papa-Ming, thank you for that link! I downloaded the thingy for Raw images, it will come in handy for my Canon 20D camera. Lots of good stuff there, thanks!
