Wireless keyboard vs Fast typing

The only potential issue I see is related to ghosting since I doubt that most wireless KBs have NKRO, other than that it might take a few extra ms to display what you type because they're likely to use usb and have a low polling rate to save battery life. The ghosting issue has to do with how most KBs without NKRO process key presses and use the same circuit for multiple keys so if you press two keys too closely together it might disregard one of them or switch the order if the second one pressed has a shorter path to the part of the KB that processes KB presses.

Sometimes, I notice some bunching of letters if I'm typing really fast on my wireless keyboard, but they always sort out correctly a second or two later.

Just have to say, PornoSatan is the best name I've ever seen here on [H]!!

I'm using a Logitech K800, and I have never had ghosting or "catch-up" problems with it. I very highly recommend it if you are looking for a lightweight and reliable wireless KB.

I have an old "Logitech Cordless Internet Pro". I use with my media center a fair distance away from the receiver and it occasionally has the catch-up issue.

Totally disregard it or just register it with a delay?

But you don't have any issues with them not registering key presses or anything like that? And thanks. :p

According to what I read several places when I was researching KBs recently it can totally disregard the keypress, I've never experienced that part myself but I have experienced letters getting switched on my old Logitech wireless KB(ie: you type "if" fast and it shows up as "fi"). Since switching to a mech KB with NKRO I haven't had that issue.

I don't think it's a very big issue but since you asked about potential issues I figured it was worth mentioning.
