or restart the computer... it unless someone set it to disabled..
you can find services by right clicking on "my computer" and going to "manage"

If you really want help then post better information such as:
What is the *exact* error message your getting?
What errors or warnings are in the event logs?
Is this a laptop or desktop?
Is it a built in wireless or add in card?
It would also be helpful to know if you have intentially disabled any services, changed any settings, installed any new software just prior to the problem happening.
