With MCE, can I have have different cable services on each tunner?

What I have is :

WinPVR 500
MCE
Direct TV STB
Comcast over-air cablee (NO STB)

Right now what I have direct tv connected with s-video, and Comcast with coxial. Now I'm wondering how (if possible) can I have both configure with MCE. I know MCE supports dual tunner, but do both tunners need to be connected to the same type of cable service? They way I want it each service will have to have its own channel guide. so is it posible? any way to get around this? any ideas?

ohh and yes it have to use MCE since I will be using my 360.
 
I just read the title and already knew where this was going. No, under MCE the tuners need to have the same source, eg: two Digital Cable STBs, two Dish STBs, etc. You can not mix and match.

Now if you where running either SageTV or BTV then yeah you could do that by setting up a different profile for the tuner connected but under MCE no you can't.
