A good used Wraith Spire cooler $15...you pay shipping...probably about $4.00 anywhere in USA.. It was used just for the initial setup of my Zen 2 CPU about 35 minutes... then removed and replaced with a modded Hyper 212+

It attaches to the existing bracket already on the motherboard.
The fan has 4 thumb-wheel screws which engage the standard AMD bracket.
You simply remove the four screws and screw this one on in it's place.
 
Thanks...........I have a board that came without the OEM bracket, which is why I asked.

I have a bracket that is like OEM that would work for the OP's stock cooler if you are interested. Can send it for the cost of shipping and then you will be able to purchase the OP's stock cooler if that works for you.
