WTB: 13W3 adapter/cable and m --> m VGA cable

title says it all. I got some 20 inch CRTs and 1 needs a 13W3 cable/adapter so I can even see if the thing works. The second one needs a male to male VGA cable. If you have some, know someone, or know a good site where I can get the 13W3 for cheap, please let me know

EDIT: I got the VGA cable. still need the 13W3
 
I havea 6ft male VGA to male VGA cable, $6 shipped USPS Priority, or $5 first class
 
Damn cyberguys use to sell that sun cable you need cheap. Anyway MonoPrice sells the adapter and you could use the same vga cable you have now.
