WTB: 1Gb good overclocking ram

Im looking for ddr ram pc3200 and above, needs to be a good overclockers, preferred brans are hyper-x, corsair xms, patriot xbl, muskin, OCZ

I want it to be relatively new, not like 2 years old.

200$ is my limit
