I am looking to spend $300-350 Canadian Shipped. I would like it to be BFG, but that's not imperative. Ideally, it should overclock to 400/1100 as well. I can pay by paypal. I will not pay first unless you have at least 7 heat or 50 plus ebay rating.

I just bought Alaska shipped via USPS ground, but I had them mark the value as $40 to avoid customs and duties and forgot to get insurance. Of course, it arrived damaged and I was out $5 trillion dollars. And then I RMAed it and the American government sent me back New Jersey. Needless to say I was not impressed.
