WTB: AM2/AM2+ MicroATX Motherboard

Looking to replace my now-dead HTPC motherboard. Needs to be MicroATX, and be compatible with Athlon BE-2350. Not looking to spend more than $50 shipped.

Would consider combo with CPU, but needs to be under $100 shipped for both items. Encoding on this 45watt, 2.1Ghz CPU takes forever.

Heat under spydermonkey. I get paid on the 8th, so I can send payment on or after that date.
