WTB AM3 m-atx motherboard and DDR3

I'm looking for a few things

an AM3 M-ATX motherboard
Has to support an AMD Phenom II X4 820
on board sound and video
must support ddr3 prefer 4 dimms might settle for a board with 2 dimms
and include I/O shield


I'm also looking for 8 gigs of ddr3 prefer 2x4 or 4x2 depending on what motherboard I end up with

oem pulls are fine on ram

I'm not looking for anything crazy Cheap as possible
