WTB: Cheap 754 motherboard, pref nf3 but will consider others

Im in need of a CHEAP socket 754 motherboard to try and rebuild my old computer. Im not looking to spend much because I don't know if the processor is dead or not, so something in the $30 or less range would be great. I don't need it to be good at overclocking or anything of the sort, just something that works. Preferrably NF3 so I (hopefully) don't have to reinstall windows.

I don't have any heatware thats current and I prefer to pay by paypal.
