WTB: Cheap ATX Desktop Case

I'm looking for a cheap desktop case I can mod into an HTPC. Doesn't matter what it looks like, as long as its all there and can hold an ATX board.

PM me what you've got and some pics. Looking to get something for really cheap, ~$30-ish shipped to 85748.

Heatware.

Note: I'm not looking for a tower case.

I got a Gigabyte case for $29 shipped off NewEgg, works great and doesn't look that bad.

An old TiVo would be cool. I had got one from a co-worker at my last job that I was going to use a SFF Dell Optiplex PSU I had laying around with a mATX AM3 board and laptop HDD/DVD. I ended up scrapping the idea (and the TiVo ) when I decided to use a larger HTPC case.
