WTB: Cheap video card

Need a cheap video to for an old P4 rig i'm building for a relative. Can be either PCI or AGP but has to have a DVI and VGA connection.

Let me know what you got!
 
Ive got an Nvidia Quadro PCI with 64mb memory for $22 shipped usps priority with DC

DVI only (no VGA) but its fanless/quiet!
 
If you're looking for cheap and it's not going to be used for gaming, you can probably still find a new Matrox G400 for like $10.

After my BFG fried, that's what my husband had on hand and put in for me. He said since I didn't game, I wouldn't notice any difference, and I haven't.

They are excellent 2D cards. :)
