WTB: CPU/MOBO --> Socket A or P4

Would like a Socket A or a P4 Mobo/Cpu combo. Might buy seperate if I have the two lined up. Working on a limited budget here.
Would like 2400 - 2600xp or a 2.0ghz+ p4
Mobo must have 8x agp slot.
