WTB: DDR3 1333 or higher

I'm looking for some DDR3 to test a motherboard out. Looking for 2x1GB or 3x1GB that's cheap. Would like DDR3 1333 or better.

I'm also on the lookout for a GeForce 4 Ti4200- Ti4800.
