Why not just buy it from fractal design? They sell them directly.

I searched and emailed them. They only sell the windowed side panel. I'm looking specifically for the windowless side panel with an additional fan slot.
Plus I think they've moved on to the R5 which isn't interchangeable with the R4 unfortunately.
