I find it strange for one that you've seen multiple, and also it's not like anyone has agreed to any sort of eula without installing a game, if that is even against their eula to begin with, I'm sure the not for resale is strictly for retail anyways.

If a mod has a problem with this then they will take care of it.

according to vertigo next to nothing is permitted but that person is a mod, anyways I like I said before would let them take care of it and mind our own business.
