WTB: Fan controller, VGA cooler.

I need a fan controller for the incoming 120mm fans.

Requirements:

• Black.
• Non-flashy.
• Little to none LEDs.
• Fits in a 5.25" bay.
• Does not cost me an arm and a leg.
• Not fugly.

This fan controller is for a P180B, so I want it to be as classy as that case.

I also need a VF700/900 for my X800XL. You all know what it looks like. I want it used, because I don't have alot of cash for this.
